Imperative’s Holiday Party

Everyone at Imperative got into the festive spirit this year with a Holiday Breakfast Pajama Party!

The breakfast spread included all the carbs that you could ever want – sweet rolls and mini pies and mini quiches (oh my!).

And after everyone had their fill of quiche and sugar, the holiday party eventually evolved (or devolved, depending on your perspective) into a crossword puzzle party.

Volunteering with the Women’s Center

Imperative is thankful to have the opportunity to sponsor a family for Christmas every year through the Women’s Center of Tarrant County‘s annual Holiday Program.

The mother of the family we sponsored is a single parent who completed her training with the center’s Employment Solutions department and recently started working. She is still trying to catch up on paying bills, so finances are tight.

In addition to donating Christmas gifts to our sponsored family, the Imperative crew also utilized some of their Service PTO to volunteer with the Women’s Center to wrap the donated presents.

The Women’s Center is doing great things to improve the lives of so many in our community and we’re always proud to partner with them throughout the year.

Our Employees’ Holiday Plans

My family will be staying in town and hosting relatives to celebrate our daughter’s first Christmas! Her older brother is VERY excited for Santa to come visit and loves singing Christmas songs.” – Ben, Client Liaison

I will be taking my kids on night drives to see the neighborhood holiday decorations and baking some gingerbread cookies for Santa. Christmas Eve will probably be a sleepover in a blanket fort and Christmas Day spent with family and friends, hopefully with a fire in the fireplace if it is cold enough.”Anna, Operations Manager

This year is extra special because we have Arthur for Christmas Eve and Day. We spend every year with my brother and his family. There will be games, karaoke, fun activities and cookie decorating for the kiddos. This year’s menu is Taco Bar along with my homemade chocolate pies!” – Jolanda, Analyst

For the holidays my family and I always go see a movie on Christmas day, Jumanji 2 this year. Although, perhaps our most exciting plans are going to watch outdoor hockey at the Cotton Bowl on New Years Day.” – Bre, Analyst
